Another ridiculous case involving a white guy. So I agree that spitting on anyone is rude, especially when it’s a white guy looking down and spitting on a non-white man. Foreigners definitely should have more respect when living and working in another country. I thought a S$3,000 fine would be enough, but S$10,000! Come on man, that’s basically ripping this poor white guy off.
Singapore isn’t interested in teaching foreigners a lesson. By fining him S$10,000, Singapore court officers will receive a salary boost and of course the judges will take the majority chunk. Besides tourism, this is another way for Singapore to make money! By making the law as strict and ridiculous as possible, there are bound to be foreigners breaking their law every day. Very smart Singapore, but I like to think that Singapore is still the most corrupted little island in the world.
If you are thinking of moving to Singapore for work and life, read this blog and think carefully before you execute your decision. Singapore is a very dangerous island. The Singapore government is one giant thief committing theft every single day. If you are relocated by your MNC organization, then I feel sorry for you, because obviously your company does not care about your existence. Just imagine being caned like Oliver Fricker.

If they are really so good, why not shut naysayers up with evidence? Why punish naysayers? You are not proving them wrong by punishing them, you are just proving you are not only bad, but violent.
Punishment just proves you are violent and wrath, that’s all. Only evidence can prove right or wrong.
And on the other hand we have police spitting on citizens because “they disrespect me and my uniform”, and not only do they not get punished, but they get a medal for “doing the ‘right’ thing”. Singapore police really are the worst in humanity. Imagine a world without corruption. Impossible, right? Then what of a world where it claims it is free from corruption? Intuitively, it’s the most corrupt place of all. You can only say you can’t see corruption, but you can’t say corruption isn’t there. Unless you have evidence to prove it. That’s a lowly word play; they will say “we have told you all along, we are free to corrupt.” Things you get when you give rogues grammar education.
Singapore will bite the dust sooner or later. They deserve every bit of death. Just look at its red light district. The government made it legal. Together with gambling. Insane, right? Shines light on the true habits of singaporeans.
Singaporeans love to harm the weak. And they get to keep doing it because it’s a hidden spot. World traffic flow through Singapore everyday but nobody knows what the weak in Singapore go through. The singaporean idea of hero is a man who buys a drink for another person. So shallow, right? Because their hearts are too deep into monetary greed and gains. It really is a place void of humanity. Such a place will be killed by the weakest of things, since what goes around comes around. God curse this land.
